As other services report, Psystar is "one man company" that never delivered a piece hardware to its customers. The Psystar.com domain was registered in 2000 and wasn't even included in google`s or yahoo`s index till now. Psystar`s address is a three bedroom home somewhere in Miami. The site was build with a free template from here. This would be funny on April Fool`s Day but now it`s just a bad joke.
The whole Hackintosh hype and recently Psystar history with OpenMac is only showing how people want to have a MacOS X running on their PC machines. It is unlikely that Apple will ever do that as they are making the most profit on the hardware.
Despite of that there was a discovery made soon after Leopard realase - Leopard tries to load Microsoft PE executables. PE stands for Portable Executable which is used in every Windows system from 3.1 to Vista. This would suggest that Apple is working on Windows API which will give Leopard possibility to load Windows programs. The solution for that already exists and is called WINE, which is still in experimental stage but many windows programs run flawlessly under Linux, OSX, Unix. Incorporating wine solution in OS X would be a big step for making the best cross-platform operating system. Is it not what we all want???
